I was selected to join Center Theatre Group’s Leadership Circle, a cohort of early-career staff members who spent six months developing our leadership and management skills alongside a career coach, mentoring new staff members, and engaging in conversations around the company’s AREDI (Anti-Racist, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) initiatives and goals.
